No. Getting a prototype out fast was a reasonable bet. Production is a different job, and that is the one we do.

No. We do not publish invented client names or metrics. Ask us directly about fit for your stack.

No. The package is the campaign, the pages, the CRM, and the follow-up through to a booking. You get a written report on the schedule we agreed. We do not hold a weekly account meeting.

Neither. A fractional CMO works the plan with you week to week. A call centre puts someone on the phone. Here, follow-up is email or SMS inside the scope you approved, and questions about a lead come back in writing.

Email or SMS sequences, and a booking step, both inside the scope. If a lead needs a judgement call, we ask in writing. There is no standing call to review the inbox.

Access to the site, the ad accounts, and the CRM. One approval of the offer and the voice. After that, changes stay on the package schedule.

No. We keep the books current and documented so your CPA can advise and file. We do not provide tax advice or file returns.

QuickBooks Online and Xero primarily. Wave, spreadsheets, and other tools: say so on the fit check and we will tell you if a migration makes sense.

Inbox triage, scheduling, and document handling tied to running the business cleanly. It is on Standard only, capped at 3 hours a month. It is not personal errands or full executive-assistant cover. Starter is the monthly close with no admin.

Starter is from $299 per month for the async monthly close only. Standard is from $449 per month and adds light admin capped at 3 hours a month. A launch promo of $399 per month is available on request for Standard; $449 is the published price. Catch-up is quoted from $200 per month behind. Simple books can be lower; complex books higher. We confirm the quote before you commit.

After the fit check, usually within one to two weeks once access is granted. Catch-up timing depends on how many months are behind.

Yes. We organise the books and the written report so handoff is straightforward. Tax filing stays with your CPA.
