Growth package

Customer growth

If you have an offer and a place to take a booking, we can build the path: search or ads, a landing page, the CRM, and an email or SMS sequence through to the booking. You approve the offer and the voice once. After that, questions and reporting stay in writing. No weekly marketing meeting, and nobody chasing leads by phone on a roster.

What you actually get

  • Search content and a paid campaign for one defined offer
  • A landing page that asks for the inquiry, not a brochure
  • CRM capture so the lead is not sitting in a spreadsheet someone forgets
  • Email or SMS follow-up, and a booking step, inside the scope you signed off

What stays out

  • A weekly marketing call, or a roster of people phoning leads
  • A fractional CMO who works the plan with you every week
  • An open retainer that only moves when someone is on your calendar

How a package runs

  1. Name the offer. What you sell, where you sell it, and where a new customer should land. If that is fuzzy, the rest of the package will be too.
  2. Build it. Campaigns, the page, the CRM, the sequences. One approval of the offer and the voice.
  3. Run the follow-up. Leads get the sequence. Bookings happen inside the scope. Questions come back in writing.
  4. A written read. Leads and bookings, on the schedule we set. No status meeting to narrate the same numbers.

Where it fits

  • An owner with a clear offer and a way to take a booking or a sale
  • Someone who wants the path built, then left to run

It is a poor fit if:

  • You want a strategist in the room every week
  • The offer changes daily and needs a new plan each time
  • Nothing moves unless there is a call
How it is delivered: Setup, sequences, and a reporting schedule are in the scope. We do not book a weekly account-management meeting.

Same studio

This sits next to Vibe Code Rescue. The other scoped package is Virtual bookkeeping, a monthly close plus light admin on Standard. This inquire form is the same one used for a rescue diagnostic. Bookkeeping does not use it. Start at the bookkeeping fit check. If the tool list does not apply, choose Mixed / other and describe the business.

FAQ

Do I get a weekly marketing call?

No. The package is the campaign, the pages, the CRM, and the follow-up through to a booking. You get a written report on the schedule we agreed. We do not hold a weekly account meeting.

Is this a fractional CMO or a call-centre follow-up service?

Neither. A fractional CMO works the plan with you week to week. A call centre puts someone on the phone. Here, follow-up is email or SMS inside the scope you approved, and questions about a lead come back in writing.

How do leads get followed up?

Email or SMS sequences, and a booking step, both inside the scope. If a lead needs a judgement call, we ask in writing. There is no standing call to review the inbox.

What do I need to provide?

Access to the site, the ad accounts, and the CRM. One approval of the offer and the voice. After that, changes stay on the package schedule.

How do I start?

Use the inquire form. Say what you sell and where a new customer should land. We will tell you if a growth package fits.
